WELCOME TO DIANE'S ULTIMATE PILATES LLC
Hi, my name is Diane and I want to welcome you to the Pilates program. I will do my best in explaining from the beginning that Pilates is a series of exercises that you practice and work on perfecting.
At times you may feel frustrated, at other times you may find yourself doing a mat exercise with ease when at first was difficult. Be patient with yourself and go at your own pace.
Pilates is not something you "get" in a few sessions. It takes time. The breathing technique alone takes time to master.
Pilates is beneficial to both men and women, young or old, athletic or sedentary or those in physical therapy. Couples have been signing up for my classes so they can be a source of inspiration and motivation for each other.
Once again, welcome to class, you are truly doing something wonderful for your body.
