EXERCISE CAN BE FUN SO GRAB A FRIEND OR A RELATIVE AND COME TO ALLOCCO PARK ON MIDDLE ROAD IN HOLMDEL FOR A 1 HOUR FAST AND FUN WORKOUT!! ALL THAT IS NEEDED ARE LIGHT WEIGHTS 3-5 LBS, A JUMP ROPE, A MAT AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

INTERVALS OF WALKING/JOGGING AROUND THE TRACK

JUMPING JACKS

JUMPING ROPE

LIGHT WEIGHT TRAINING

SQUATS/LUNGES

PLYOMETRIC DRILLS

PUSH UPS AND ABDOMINAL TRAINING
