ABOUT ME

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

I have been teaching group fitness for 9 years.  I have a true passion for teaching group fitness and am a very MOTIVATING INSTRUCTOR and  I truly care for the students in my class.

I am not up there teaching for my benefit, I am up there for my class, to give them a chance to motivate themselves and take themselves to a different fitness level. My saying is "MIND OVER MATTER"  I never let anyone give up on themselves.

I currently teach BOOT CAMP, KICKBOXING, BODY SCULPTING,  PILATES AND SPINNING.

I enjoyed group fitness so much that I decided to become a  Certified Personal Trainer. I wanted to work one on one with both men and women to help them achieve their fitness goals and to have the healthiest body they can for themselves.

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

I began taking lessons 9 years ago. It was definitely something new since I was so used to high impact aerobics that it took time for me to understand the benefits  and once I did I never looked back. I was hooked! After being a student I decided I wanted to get my certification to teach. I wanted to pass on to others the benefits of what I myself was experiencing.

I began teaching Pilates at the gym and was giving private lessons as well. I loved teaching it so much I decided I wanted to run my own Pilates business and that is what my focus has been on. I teach independently out of my home in Holmdel and have been doing so for 5 years. I have helped so many women who have had chronic back problems. It is extremely rewarding to me as a teacher to see the improvements in my clients health and well being.

I am certified through BODY ARTS AND SCIENCE INTERNATIONAL (B.A.S.I) which is recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance.
