Hi my name is Diane and I want to welcome you to my Pilates program. I will explain from the beginning that Pilates is a series of exercises that you practice and work on perfecting.
At times you may feel frustrated, at other times you may find yourself doing a mat exercise with ease when at first was difficult. Be patient with yourself!
Pilates is not something you "get" in a few sessions. It takes time, the breathing technique alone takes time to master.
Who benefits from Pilates?
Both men and women, young or old, athletic or sedentary or those in physical therapy.
