It takes 21 days to reset your eating habits. Don't give up! Your appetite will adjust.
DIET = DEPRIVATION
When changing your eating habits start slow. Change a few things here and there to let yourself adjust. Simple changes can be how you cook your food. Instead of frying, switch to baking, broiling or grillilng. Everyone can benefit from cutting back on fat.
Switch to margarine instead of butter.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, they are loaded with the vitamins our bodies need.
Make your kitchen a healthy environment. Get rid of all junk food and temptations and replace with healthy snacks and fruits and vegetables.
Eat a variety of foods to eliminate boredom.
Drink lots of water. Decaffeinated beverages count towards your water goal for the day.
Set goals for yourself and stick to them!!
